The title Claw refers to the gesture at the heart of this series. Created with a 0.03 mm ultra-fine black pen, each work is built through the accumulation of thousands of lines, whose regularity is essential to the composition.
Through repeated strokes, the pen scratches the surface of the paper, gradually seeming to carve into it. Much like erosion slowly shapes rock, the drawing takes form over time, through a succession of meticulous, patient gestures that gradually leave their mark.
